• General Checkup
• Height, Weight, BMI (BMI Chart), Blood Pressure
• EKG (45 yrs & older)
• Ophthalmology screening
• Mental Health screening
• Blood Tests - Glucose & Cholesterol levels (Must be fasting at least 6 hours prior to blood test. NO Coffee/Tea, Mints or Gum - ONLY water permitted)
