Sri Hanuman Jayanti Deeksha

Hanumãn Jayanti is celebrated by observing a rigorous 41-day-long Šri Hanumãn Jayanti Deeksha, a spiritual vow, commencing on Chaitra Poornima (full moon day) and ending on Vaišãka Bahula Dašami (10th moon waning day), as per the Hindu Lunar Calendar. This period of Deeksha signifies a commitment to strength, devotion and courage aimed at achieving spiritual growth.

To mark the conclusion of the Deeksha, the Temple will be performing special prayer services on the days listed below. Devotees are invited to participate and receive the divine blessings.

May 11, 2026 (Monday)
8:00 am - Šri Hanumãn Homam
9:00 am - Šri Hanumãn Abhishekam, Special Alankãram, Pooja, Hãrati
5:30 pm - Šri Hanumãn Sahasranãma Pooja
6:00 pm - Šri Hanumãn Chãlisa Pãrãyanam

Scheduled Šri Mahã Ganapati Suprabhãtam will be at 7:30 am instead of 8:00 am
Scheduled Šri Venkatešwara Suprabhãtam will be at 7:45 am instead of 8:15 am
