Our response & efforts during the current pandemic : COVID-19
The city of New York continues to grapple with the ongoing pandemic, during which our healthcare workers and
first-responders are at the front lines taking care of patients and keeping our neighborhoods safe. The Hindu Temple blesses, appreciates and thanks all our healthcare workers and first-responders profusely.
Our volunteers began delivering food periodically to hospitals and our local police precinct in the following locations:
- NYPD 109th Precinct
- Brooklyn Hospital
- Elmhurst Hospital
- Flushing Hospital
- Long Island Jewish Hospital
- Mount Sinai Hospital
- Nassau University Medical center
- North Shore University Hospital
- NY Presbyterian Hospital, Queens
