Yoga can help to improve one’s physical and mental health. Our classes involves physical stretching, breathing and meditation techniques.

Note: If you have any underlying health conditions, please check with your doctor before participating in the class.
Please make sure you practice/participate in the class on an empty stomach (at least 4 hours prior to joining the class).
Have on comfortable clothes and yoga mat.
