December 21, 2025To raise awareness about meditation and its benefits, the United Nations General Assembly proclaimed December 21st as World Meditation Day, recalling the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health.
To keep up this tradition, the Temple will be observing World Meditation Day on Sunday, December 21, 2025. All are invited to participate and learn about the benefits of meditation.
