Yoga can help to improve one’s physical and mental health. Our online classes involves physical stretching, breathing and meditation techniques.
Following items will be practiced during the session.
Surya Namaskaras (5 min.)
Pranayama (20 min.)
Meditation (10 min)
Note: If you have any underlying health conditions, please check with your doctor before participating in the class.
Please make sure you practice/participate in the class on an empty stomach (at least 4 hours prior to joining the class).
Have on comfortable cloths and yoga mat.
